1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, bookings, and contracts concluded via studio idakumori or the website www.idakumori.com.
They concern the sale of handmade ceramics and porcelain, memberships, as well as courses and workshops in the studio.

2. Provider
The contractual partner is
Lilly Haas, studio idakumori, Geerenweg 23b, 10.1, 8048 Zurich.

3. Products & prices
All products are handmade and may vary slightly in shape, color, and size—each piece is unique.
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

4. Ordering & conclusion of contract
Orders placed via the online shop are binding. A contract is concluded as soon as the order confirmation is sent by email.
Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered (credit card or bank transfer).

5. Shipping & collection
Products that are in stock are shipped within 2 working days or can be collected from the studio by arrangement.
Products that are not in stock are made to order – the delivery time is approximately 4 weeks.

6. Returns & Cancellations
As each piece is handmade, color and shape variations cannot be grounds for return.
There is no statutory right of cancellation in Switzerland.
If the product arrives damaged during shipping, the defect must be reported with a photo to lilly@idakumori.com within 2 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of damage during transport, the order will be redelivered. Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from exchange.

7. Memberships
Memberships provide access to the studio and its equipment for independent work with clay and porcelain.
The number of members is limited to 10 people. The monthly fee is payable in advance.
Early termination during membership is not possible. Membership is automatically renewed unless notice of termination is given one month before the end of the membership period.
Members are obliged to handle materials, tools, and rooms with care and to comply with the studio rules.
The studio accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or damaged property. Each person is responsible for their own insurance coverage.

8. Courses & Workshops
Places are limited (max. 2 participants per course).
Registration is binding. Your place on the course is only reserved once payment has been received.
Due to the small number of participants, no refunds are possible after payment.
If a course is canceled by Lilly Haas, the course fee will be refunded in full.
The studio accepts no liability for damage to clothing, personal belongings, or injuries during the course.

9. Liability
No liability is accepted for slight negligence, indirect damage, or consequential damage.
Participants and members are responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance cover.

10. Data protection
Personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the processing of orders, course registrations, and memberships. The data will be processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). Further information can be found in the privacy policy on the website.

11. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
